Genesis 1:1 says, “In the beginning God created the heavens and earth.”  
Have you ever noticed how our God is into new things?  From individuals to communities, through the work of His Son,
God specializes in creating new and exciting examples of His grace and love.  Throughout its 100 year history,
Westchester Baptist Church has witnessed this creative power of God.   Now we, as a new generation of God’s people,
standing upon this strong foundation have the privilege to be a part of yet another awesome display of God’s creative power.
Our Lord has sparked in us a new vision to reach this community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.   
This vision will include the development of innovative new ministries and the strengthening of established ones;
but it will also require enhancing our current facilities.  These much needed upgrades
will greatly increase our ability to impact this community with the Gospel.
